Flu cases reported in district schools

February 4, 2020

Several confirmed cases of the flu have been reported in the Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District over the past week.

To help contain the spread of the illness, the district nurses offices would like to remind parents to keep their children home if they are sick. According to the New York State Department of Health, children with the flu should remain out of school until they have no fever without the use of fever-controlling medication for 24 hours.
