Ryder’s new kitchen manager Christine Weber has her work cut out for her.
It’s not refreshing the lunch program – after 11 years at Grapevine Farms, Mrs. Weber is already doing that with some different ideas like quesadillas, wraps, and new takes on old standards like macaroni and cheese.
It’s remembering the names of all 400 of her “customers.”
“The kids are so wonderful,” she said. “I love seeing their smiling faces and it’s my goal to greet every one of them by name.
“She’s really made a difference in our lunch program,” said Principal Kevin Kelly. “Mrs. Weber is bringing in new ideas and is just a joy to work with.”
