C-RCS students participate in All-State Symphony
Senior
Leanna Ginsburg and junior Nick Kozak performed in the All-State
Symphony Orchestra last month at the New York State School Music
Association Conference held in Rochester.
The conference featured eight instrumental and performing groups comprised of 900 of the state’s top student musicians, with acceptance based on their 2011 NYSSMA solo evaluation. Leanna was one of 26 flutists chosen from among 339 flute players who auditioned from across the state. Nick was one of 23 bassists chosen from 91 who auditioned.
