About its student population
The Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District draws most of its students from the towns of Cobleskill and Richmondville — however, students also come from 13 additional surrounding towns. C-RCS serves about 1,900 students in kindergarten through 12th grade. We have two elementary schools: Ryder Elementary, which serves students in grades K-2, and Radez Elementary, which serves students in grades 3-5. William H. Golding Middle School serves students in grades 6-8 and Cobleskill-Richmondville High School serves students in grades 9-12. Our instructional staff consists of about 180 teachers, who are supported by four principals, one assistant principal and a Dean of Students.
Parents, guardians or service providers who suspect a child is experiencing developmental delays or any type of disability should contact the Pupil Personnel Services Office at 518-234-3165.
